Sriparna Sadhukhan, M.S.
Ms.Sriparna Sadhukhan supports the Office of Administrative Management (OAM) as a Program/Data Analyst. Previously, she was working in the Division of Intramural Research as a biologist in the population-based genomics lab, working with Dr. Anna Nápoles and Dr. Jung Byun. Before working at NIH, she worked at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) as a research associate in the project, miRNA mediated regulation of gene expression. She has an extensive experience in next-generation sequencing for whole genome, whole exome, RNA seq and small RNA sequencing as well as whole genome methylation array.
Ms. Sadhukhan holds a master’s degree in neuroscience from University of Calcutta, India, and a bachelor’s degree in genetics from University of Kalyani, India. After her master’s program, she worked in different institutes in India and gained experience in massively parallel sequencing in different platforms.
