Kesi Williams, M.P.H.
Ms. Kesi Williams serves as the program analyst in Clinical and Health Services Research (CHSR) at the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Disparities. Ms. Williams manages the Scientific Conference grant (R13) portfolio, providing programmatic guidance to prospective applicants for submission of applications in response to PA-18-648. She supports the program officials in her division on portfolio management of grants and data analysis of CHSR programs. Ms. Williams leads the organization of the NIMHD Director’s Seminar Series, highlighting novel research discoveries by prominent researchers who are advancing the science of minority health and health disparities. She also coordinates an annual visit with the Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy program.
Prior to joining NIMHD, Ms. Williams was a program analyst at the National Center for Research Resources. She has also worked at the Office of Minority Health at the department level and at the Office of Minority Health and Health Disparities at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Ms. Williams earned her Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in community health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tuskegee University.
