Elena Dominguez is an administrative officer in the Office of Administrative Management, where she resolves Integrated Time and Attendance System (ITAS) discrepancies.

Ms. Dominguez joined the NIH in 2014 to provide program support to the Office of Research Facilities in the Division of Design and Construction Management. She held executive assistant roles with the Office of the Director, Office of Management Assessment, and Division of Program Integrity before serving as an administrative technician at the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.

Ms. Dominguez previously served in the Peace Corps and was deployed to Dajabon, Dominican Republic as a primary literacy promoter. Prior to her government service, Ms. Dominguez was an educator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Secondary Education from The Catholic University of America.
