Background

Jaime Cheman is a management analyst in the Office of Administrative Management at NIMHD. She manages a variety of administrative processes in the institute in accordance with NIH policies and procedures.

Prior to joining NIMHD, Jaime served as a leadership and organization development program manager at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) for eight years. She specialized in organizational assessments and change management. Jaime started her federal career in 2007 at Rocky Mountain Labs, Montana, in NIAID’s Division of Intramural Research, before transferring to the Bethesda campus.

Jaime holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Montana and a Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland Global Campus. She earned a certification in organization development from the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science.
