Michelle Phillips, Ph.D., CRA, is a grants management specialist and a Certified Research Administrator at NIMHD. Since 2010, Dr. Phillips has been engaged in multiple sectors of grant management activities: university, sponsored research, hospital, and a federal Granting Agency (NIH) research administration. Dr. Phillips manages a diverse and complex portfolio and has advanced knowledge of pre-award, post-award, contracts, and industry clinical trials.
Dr. Phillips has a Doctor of Philosophy in educational leadership and policy studies, a Master of Arts in adult education, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of South Florida, as well as graduate certificates in distance education and leadership in developing human resources.
